Return Policy

Returns are allowed within 30 days of purchase. For a return authorization please follow the Return link found in your 'Order Confirmation' email. Type in your email address and order number to apply for a refund.

Please note: A prepaid return label cost of $8.50 will be deducted from your refund once your return has been received, inspected, and processed by our warehouse.

To be eligible for a refund:

  1. Please include proof of purchase, your invoice, or RMA number.
  2. Items must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received.
  3. Original tags must still be attached.
  4. Items cannot have noticeable damage, stains, Velcro marks, holes, ink, deodorant, pet hair or other hair.
  5. Items must be free from odors, including perfume, detergent or other scents.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm whether your return has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed less the cost of the $8.50 return label.

If you receive the wrong item or the item is damaged upon receipt, please follow these steps:

“Wrong Item Sent,” please email hello@loveandfit.com with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item, including the color and/or size received, so our team can assist you.

“Damaged Item,” please email hello@loveandfit.com with your order number and a photo clearly showing the damaged area so our team can assist you.

Final approval on all refund requests are determined by our returns team. Returns that adhere to our Return Policy will be refunded the full merchandise purchase price, this does not include any shipping costs.
